Limited Part Warranty:
Parts carry a limited 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. Electrical parts carry a full 30 day warranty from date of purchase, they must be returned within 30 days as a defective item for an exchange only. These parts must accompany the original packing materials. They must be returned first for inspection for damage, power surge failure, misuse or improper installation. If this is found, the warranty would not apply. No refund would be given. Parts that have found to be defective after the 30 day period for up to 1 year from the date of purchase will be replaced at a charge to the customer of 50% off the purchased price. Shipping and handling charges will be additional.
Non Electrical Parts:
Non electrical parts carry a full 30 day warranty from date of purchase, they must be returned within 30 days as a defective item for an exchange only. They must be returned first for inspection for damage, misuse or improper installation. If this is found, the warranty would not apply. No refund would be given. Parts that have found to be defective after the 30 day period for up to 1 year from the date of purchase will be replaced at a charge to the customer of 60% off the purchased price. Shipping and handling charges will be additional.
No longer available parts. Parts that are no longer made or available carry no warranty and are sold as is.
Wear and tear items do not apply for any warranty. Drip pans, Cleaners, hoses and other parts that wear with use
