Part Warranty

Warranty’s

  • All warranty’s start from the day of purchase not delivery.
  • Any defective item are exchange only.
  • Items must be accompany with  original packing, and any thing else that was in the box.

Limited Part Warranty:

The limited part warranty is good for up to one year. All electronic parts carry a 30 day warranty. Once the part is returned, we will check out the items and if they pass the inspection. A new part will be shipped with in 24 hours. If the part is over 30 day up to a year, we offer the to replace the part at 50% off the price. Shipping handling will be extra.

Non Electrical Parts:

Superior Appliance Parts offers a Full 30 day warranty on non electrical parts. The warranty starts from the day the item is sold not delivered. If the item/part is broken, damaged or defective when you get it, send it right back and we will send you a new one. This dose not work if  “you” the customer broke the item, Sorry.  Once the part is returned, we will check out the items and if they pass the inspection. A new part will be shipped with in 24 hours. If the part is over 30 day up to a year, we offer the to replace the part at 40% off the price. Shipping handling will be extra.

Parts that are no longer available.

If the parts are no longer available or manufactured do not carry any warranty. These parts do not carry any Warranty, but we are happy to help you find replacement parts. Just pick up the phone and give us a call,   407-403-5900.

We are sorry to say we do not carry warranty’s on items that wear out  like:

  • Belts
  • Drip pans
  • Hoses
  • gaskets
  • ect
